Can I upload photos with nail polish on?
Yes, you can upload photos with nail polish/gels applied to your nails and we will still be able to use these to determine your sizing. If you have nail extensions, builder gel or acrylic on your nails, we kindly ask you to wait until these have been
Do I need to upload photos of my toes/feet for pedicure gels?
No need to send in photos of your feet! Our stick-on gel pedicures come in standard-sizing only, which means you'll receive 36 individual gels in a range of sizes. Simply choose the best size for each toe, and apply.
Will Glaize gels make my nails longer?
Glaize gels are designed to sit on top of your natural nails, and don't add any length. They are flexible in texture in order to mould to your natural nail shape, and any excess length needs to be removed by clipping or filing.
Do I need to upload new photos every time I order?
No, we will use your existing nail profile (which will include any sizing tweaks previously requested by you). Please note that you don't need to be logged in to use your existing sizing, so long as you place your order with the same email address as
What will happen if I don't upload any photos of my hands?
If we haven't received your hand photos or heard from you within 14 days of placing your order, we will process your order using standard-sizing.
