Resizing: What if my made-to-measure gels don't fit properly?Updated 8 hours ago

We've been working hard to create the perfect fit, but if something's not quite right, please complete this form and we'll sort out your sizing ASAP! We will require you to take photos of the gels applied to your nails to help us identify where changes need to be made. 

On your first order of made-to-measure gels, we are happy to resize and replace your gels free of charge if they aren’t quite right. All you’ll need to do is pay for the shipping and any applicable duties or taxes. 

For subsequent orders, if you'd like any sizing changes made for the future, please submit your updated sizing requests via this form, and we will apply any requested changes to future orders (that are yet to be despatched). 

Please note, we will do our best to honour any requests for different colours that are made on the resize form, but we cannot guarantee that these will be honoured. If we cannot honour these, we will send colours as per your original order or the closest alternative
