What happens if I've received gels as a gift and I'm not happy with them?Updated 11 days ago

If you're contacting us about a gift that you have received, please make sure that you are able to provide the order number, full name and email address of the original purchaser. Without these details, we may not be able to help you.


Our returns policy applies to gifts. We are only able to process refunds back to the original method of payment. You can read more about this here.


What happens if I'm not satisfied with the sizing of my gels?

On your first order that includes custom-sized products, we are happy to resize and replace your gels free of charge.

 If, following this, we are still unable to rectify the issue, we are then happy to offer a full refund, excluding any shipping costs. In order to qualify for this refund, customers are required to contact us via the contact form in our Help Centre within 30 days of us despatching their order, and must provide clear photos to highlight any issues with their product or sizing. Please note that refunds can only be issued back to the original method of payment.


What happens if I'm not satisfied with the quality of my gels?

We are committed to ensuring you love your gels as much as possible, and as such, should there be any issues with the quality of your gels, we ask that you contact us here with photos of your gels on your nails, and a description of the issue(s). This will allow our customer service team to help you as quickly as possible. 


In order for our customer service team to assist you with any sizing or quality issues, please make sure to include photos of your gels on your hands (or feet for gel pedicures) so we can see what the issue is. Without photos, our team may not be able to assist you with your query.
