I'm allergic to gel nails, will Glaize gels be safe for me to wear?Updated 3 months ago

Our gels are mainly made up of methacrylates. The gels that you receive are fully cured, which means that the methacrylates are locked into the gels, so they shouldn't come into contact with the nail. Most allergic reactions occur because of uncured methacrylates. We have conducted animal-free testing that confirmed that our gels are non-skin irritating. Our gels DO NOT contain the following acrylates: (meth)acrylic acid, methyl methacrylate, ethyl methacrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA).

Although many of our customers with gel allergies are able to safely wear Glaize gels, we cannot guarantee that our gels won’t cause allergic reactions. If you would like us to send you a small sample to test, please contact us via this form, with the subject 'Allergies - request a sample' and include your delivery address.
