Current dispatch timings

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days, including standard-fit and made-to-measure gels. Orders that contain nail art gels may take longer during peak periods.

Made-to-measure stick-on gel manicures: After you place your order, you'll receive an email with instructions to upload photos of your hands so that we can size your gels. We will then dispatch your gels within 7 working days of receiving your photos. Please note that if we don't receive your hand photos within 14 days, we will process your order with standard-sizing.

We rely on Royal Mail 24 Tracked service, so while you should typically receive your items within 1 business day of despatch, there may be delays during peak periods.
