Current dispatch timings:

Standard fit stick-on gels, Press-on nails & Accessories: We aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days.

Made-to-measure stick-on gel manicures: After you place your order, you'll receive an email with instructions to upload photos of your hands so that we can size your gels. We will then dispatch your gels within 2-3 working days of receiving your photos. Please note that if we don't receive your hand photos within 14 days, we will process your order with standard-sizing. 

For UK customers, we rely on Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service, so while you should always receive your items within 2-4 working days of dispatch, there may be occasional delays. 

For US customers, your order should be ready for delivery within approximately 5-7 working days of dispatch, but this can take up to 2 weeks.
