Current dispatch timings -

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 - 10 working days, including standard-fit and made-to-measure gels. We're a little busy at the moment and our team are working incredibly hard to get orders out on time, but some orders may be slightly delayed.

Made-to-measure stick-on gel manicures: After you place your order, you'll receive an email with instructions to upload photos of your hands so that we can size your gels. We will then dispatch your gels within 7 - 10 working days of receiving your photos. Please note that if we don't receive your hand photos within 14 days, we will process your order with standard-sizing.

We rely on Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service, so while you should always receive your items within 2-3 working days of despatch, there may be occasional delays.
