Current dispatch timings:

Standard gel manicures: We aim to dispatch all standard fit gels within 5-7 working days.

Orders for standard fit gels must be placed by 11.59pm on the 17th December for guaranteed dispatch before Christmas. Any orders placed after this cut-off will not be dispatched before Christmas.

Made-to-measure stick-on gel manicures: After you place your order, you'll receive an email with instructions to upload photos of your hands so that we can size your gels. We will then dispatch your gels within 5-7 working days of receiving your photos. Please note that if we don't receive your hand photos within 14 days, we will process your order with standard-sizing. 

 Orders must be placed and hand photos submitted and approved by 11.59pm on the 15th December for guaranteed dispatch before Christmas. Any orders placed after this cut-off will not be dispatched before Christmas.

Please note: orders containing nail art may be dispatched outside of our usual lead times.

We rely on Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service, so while you should always receive your items within 2-4 working days of despatch, there may be occasional delays.
