Made-to-Measure Stick-On Gel Manicures

Because each set of gels created is custom-sized, we do not accept returns of made-to-measure gels, however, we are committed to ensuring you love your gels as much as possible, and as such, should there be any issue, we ask that you contact us here with photos of your gels on your nails, and a description of the issue(s). This helps us to understand the exact issue and improve sizing where needed. 

On your first order that includes custom-sized products, we are happy to resize and replace your gels free of charge, and if, following this, we are still unable to rectify the issue, we are happy to offer a full refund, excluding any shipping costs. In order to qualify for a refund, customers are required to contact us via the contact form in our Help Centre within 30 days of us despatching their order, and to provide clear photos to highlight any issues with their product or sizing.

Stick 'N' Mix & Standard-Sized Stick-On Gel Manicures & Pedicures

We accept returns of Stick 'N' Mix or standard-sized gel manicures and gel pedicures if they haven't been used and are in their original packaging, within 30 days of despatch - contact us here to find out more.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
