What happens if I'm not satisfied with the quality of my gels?

We are committed to ensuring you love your gels as much as possible, and as such, should there be any issues with the quality of your gels, we ask that you contact us here with photos of your gels on your nails, and a description of the issue(s). This will allow our customer service team to help you as quickly as possible. 

In order for our customer service team to assist you with any sizing or quality issues, please make sure to include photos of your gels on your hands (or feet for gel pedicures) so we can see what the issue is. Without photos, our team will not be able to assist you with your query.

If you're contacting us about a gift that you have received, please make sure that you are able to provide the order number, full name and email address of the original purchaser. Without these details, we may not be able to help you.
