Made-to-Measure Stick-On Gel Manicures

Because each set of gels created is custom-sized, we do not accept returns of made-to-measure gels. We are committed to ensuring you love your gels as much as possible, and as such, should there be any issue, we ask that you contact us here with photos of your gels on your nails, and a description of the issue(s). 

Standard fit Stick-On Gel Manicures & Pedicures

We accept returns of standard-sized gel manicures and gel pedicures if they haven't been used and are in their original packaging, within 30 days of dispatch - contact us here to find out more.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or used gels. If you have purchased a gift set, you are not able to return individual products from within the gift set - it must be returned in its entirety.  

Please note we do not offer free returns and are unable to refund shipping costs or return postage. We recommend that you keep your proof of postage receipt as evidence of your return. Refunds will only be issued when your return has been received.
